Green World International Group Third Board of Directors Meeting Convened, Ushering in a New Chapter of Rapid Development

On September 10th and 13th, 2025, Green World International Group Third Board of Directors Meeting was convened successfully in two sessions. This meeting marked a milestone in the history of the Group’s development. Against the backdrop of rapidly changing global markets, the meeting focused on the Group’s strategic development direction, further unifying vision, building consensus, and clarifying major initiatives for future growth.
Two important personnel decisions were reviewed and approved during the meeting: Mr. Shaobo Liu, President of Green World China Region, was officially appointed as a member of the Board of Directors. Mr. David L. Zhang, Vice President of Green World International Group and President of Green World Africa Region, was appointed as Vice Chairman of Green World International Group. These appointments not only recognized the outstanding contributions of both leaders but also represented a key step in strengthening the Group’s global governance structure and strategic layout.
During the meeting, Board members delivered important speeches:
Mr. Shaobo Liu, President of Green World China Region and Board Director, expressed that he will continuously strive to advance the Group’s phased objectives, regulate market order, and cultivate a highly-competent management team to lay a solid foundation for long-term growth of the Group.
Mr. David L. Zhang, Vice Chairman and Vice President of the Green World International Group and President of Green World Africa Region, expressed gratitude for the Board’s trust and emphasized his commitment to supporting and assisting the Chairman in driving the Group’s initiatives, ensuring effective implementation of the Group’s strategy.
Prof. Deming Li, Chairman and President of Green World International Group, highlighted that crisis and opportunity coexist, stressing that enterprises must seek survival and growth amid pressure and challenges, and seize the right moment to achieve breakthroughs. She emphasized that only by advancing through adversity can the Group gain the initiative in global market competition and embrace greater development opportunities.
